Introducing Charlotte: Thriving 2-Year-Old Dwarf Girl in a Wetland Village of Papua New Guinea

Charlotte is a remarkable two-year-old primitive dwarf girl who resides with her family in a quaint village nestled within the wetlands of Papua New Guinea.
