3 golden hours for babies born at 37 weeks

My baby girl was born at 37 weeks due to IUGR and was a tiny little 5 lb nugget (<1st percentile).

I was able to deliver vaginally and she was perfectly healthy so I was able to get the 3 golden hours with her.

My first baby would nurse very inconsistently so I decided to try The Thompson Method this time and she latched great and has been nursing like a champ ever since.

Just look how much she has grown over the past 4 months and we never had to supplement with formula, she has gone from <1st percentile to the 7th
